Autophobia, fear of being alone

My name is Chet,and ever since I was 7, I have autophobia, the fear of being alone. I would never go into a room by myself. Once my mother tried to force me in the bathroom to take a shower and once I was in there my palms were so sweaty they looked like I dipped them in a pool.
