Arachibutyrophobia

I am 25 years old and i have Arachibutyrophobia, the fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of my mouth. I know it sounds absurd but its true.

I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich the other day, and as i was eating it i was hyperventilating i was so nervous.

Some stuck to the roof of my mouth and i had panic attack and started crying. It was horrible. Right in front of all my co-workers at my job. I was crying and freaking out. I don’t know what to do.
