Anxiety with the whole "End of The World" concept in 2012

I'm 13 years old and I think I have anxiety with the whole "End of The World" concept in 2012. I also "over-react" when there is a tsunami warning or anything to do with Natural Disasters. I get panic attacks and I can't sleep very well at night time. During school I always think what would I do if there was a Natural Disaster warning and I normally do really bad on tests because I can't stop thinking about it. Some people think I'm weird because I get a bit scared when we watch things to do woth Global Warming in class...
