Afraid of dying in a car accident

For some reason I have this strange fear of dying in a car accident... I have no problem jumping in the car and drive... but the minute I get in the highway I start to imagine my death!!!! The worse thing of all is the fact that my daughter is going to start driving this week and she is 16 years old and I am already thinking about her dying in a car crash too... it is a phobia or just anxiety?? Help
