Afraid of crickets

I have more then one, but I am afraid of crickets, I dont know why. But when I see one I have to get out of there as fast as I can and get someone to fetch the thing. I know sounds crazy, but when I am at school tryin to enjoy my day, theres a cricket and a guy to pick it up and toss it around the room. I get so freaked out!
