A Phobia/Fear similar to the fear of sudden movements.

I have an odd little fear/phobia that has existed since I was about 4/5 years old, I'l try my best to give as much detail as possible but i'm still not expecting a diagnosis very soon.

It's similar to the 'fear of sudden movements' but on a smaller scale, for instance, i'l grab a thawing bottle of water from the refrigerator and fear that the bottle sized ice block inside will suddenly move or twist creating a sound and vibration, this has happened to me many times and I end up throwing the bottle to the other side of the room.

As far as I can remember it all started when I was about 4 or 5 years old when I was given a plastic toy that was invented for mimicking the sound of a 'Mule Deer', it's a round plastic hunting device with a rubber bladder inside that creates the sound when you tilt the device upside down then back again.

It was the rubber bladder thing inside that scared me about that hunting device because I could hear, feel and see it moving about inside it, since then I have feared for objects that create a sudden vibration, sound or movement.

Another example of this fear is a 'Metal Tube' with an object the same diameter of the inside of the tube sitting at the bottom of it, I experienced this many times in the past, I once picked up a metal tube that was sitting inside my garden shed and turned it upside down, an object started sliding down the tube and came out resulting in that object hitting me in the face.

I really need some confirmation of this 'Fear/Phobia' so I can consult some treatment or diagnosis for it.

(Sorry for the lack of pictures, I really couldn't find one that suited this fear/phobia well)

Thank you
